Job Description:
Candidates who can speak & understand Malayalam should only apply and also candidates who cleared MBA having marksheets for atleast 3 semesters of MBA are eligible for this position. There should not be any backlog in MBA.
This position is Management Trainee Sales position with our White Cement Division.
Job Role post induction:
- Market development for White cement division in the assigned district.
- Achieving sales and collection targets.
- Dealer and Retailers network development.
- Distribution of branding material, company gifts etc. Maintaining good
- business relationship with the network in view to achieve sales growth.
Place of Posting: For initial induction period, posting will be at Trivandrum or Cochin and thereafter it could be anywhere in Kerala depending upon organization requirement.
Job incumbent must have own two wheeler and valid driving license.
