Qualification: BE/ B.Tech – Any Specialization
- Graduation from a reputed University/ Institute
- Minimum 3years of working experience at Engineering Affairs department on interior design (mainly seat and instrument panel) in Automobile OEM
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Additional Experience:
– Experience of handling LCV Products
– Trial parts arrangement
– Knowledge of homologation

Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage development of interior design (mainly seat and instrument panel) by instruction between ISZJ and supplier.
- Built PJ plan and make report weekly (progress summary)
- Provide input to Supplier and ISZJ
- Investigate problems and hard negotiation with supplier for planned schedule.
- Parts arrangement and make the delivery schedule for built and development.
- Investigate and evaluate the seat and find defects.
- Trouble shooting
- To support MGR
- Achieve the target plan and quality
Key Responsibilities:
- To fulfil the responsibility as Engineering Affairs division, by support the planning and developing the new product for Indian market. (Indian market oriented LCV etc)
- Achieve the objective by:
A) Contributing the design of local parts (Based on the existing drawing of ISUZU product, modify it to adjust to India market through communication with local suppliers.)
B) Conducting CAE Analysis & CAD Analysis on the responsible area (seat).
C) ropose effective methods to build the competitive product from the perspective of India market.
