Eligibility Criteria:
Scientist/Engineer (Chemical Engineering):
- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering. OR
- ME/ M.Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering with preeligibility qualification of BE/ B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering.
Scientist/Engineer (Quality Engineering and Management):
ME/ M.Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in Quality Engineering & Management with pre-eligibility qualification of BE/ B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
Scientist/Engineer (Thermal Engineering):
M.E/M.Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in Thermal Engineering with preeligibility qualification of B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering
Scientist/Engineer (Machine Design):
ME/ M.Tech or equivalent postgraduate degree in Machine Design with preeligibility qualification of BE/ B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering

M.Sc. Organic/Analytical Chemistry with B.Sc. Chemistry in First Class with Mathematics/ Physics/ Computer Science as other two subjects.
Medical Officer (Orthopaedics):
- M.B.B.S + Diploma in Orthopaedics (Two years duration) recognized and registered with
Medical Council of India. - M.B.B.S + M.D/ DNB in Orthopaedics recognized and registered with Medical Council of
India (OR) - M.B.B.S + Diploma in Orthopedics (Two years duration) recognized and registered with
Medical Council of India with five years experience.
Note:
- BE/ B.Tech – First class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
- ME/ M.Tech – First class with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 point scale
- M.Sc. – First class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
- Preeligibility qualification of BE/ B.Tech – First class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale.
- Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification.
Age Limit (as on 23.03.2018):
- Scientist/ Engineer & Medical Officer (SC): 18 to 35 years
- Medical Officer (SD): No upper age limit
Selection Process:
- Candidates meeting the norms will be shortlisted for Interview.
- Based on the academic performance of the candidates applied, number of vacancies, number of candidates applied etc., initial screening will be done to short-list candidates for Interview.
- Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview and those who secure minimum 60% marks in the interview will be eligible for consideration for emplacement in the selection panel, in the order of merit.
