Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation Ltd (IPRCL) a first of its kind Joint Venture Company (JVC) between 11 Major Ports under the Ministry of Shipping holding 90% of equity capital and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) under Ministry of Railways holding 10% of equity capital, incorporated with the objective to provide efficient rail evacuation systems to Major Ports and for enhancing their capacity and throughput.
The company was registered on 10th July,2015 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013.The Company is under administrative control of Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must complete BE/ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized University with minimum 2 years experience in ROB/RUB/Track.
Age limit: (As on 12-08-2020)
Candidates age must be maximum 32 years. Age is relaxable by 3 years for OBC Candidates, 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
Selection process:
Marks will be awarded to the candidates applying for the vacancies on the basis of the following:
- Marks of qualifying examination (Engineering Degree) for the post – 30%
- GATE Score-20%
- Additional relevant qualification -10%
- Relevant Experience for the desired post – 40%
