Job Description :
- Troubleshooting the issues (Voice, email, chat)
- Knowledge of VPN and Outlook.
- Must be ready for work from office – (WFO compulsory.)
- Rotational shifts including night shifts (24 x 7 Shift)
- Good Communications Skills
