Job Description:
- Handles/ manages the tickets as per the defined SLA/accuracy
- Ensure timely updates are provided to the user within SLA
- Ensure RCA for breached ticket are captured and worked upon
- Should be able to articulate issue and resolution to end user via Phone/Chat
- Should be able to keep a track the priority of the tickets and needs to handle within the stipulated timeline
- Should be able to do a smoot shift handover when he/she closes the shift
Preferred Skills: Domain(IBPO)- Customer Service- Inbound Customer Contact (Voice, E-Mail, Chat)
