- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

For Junior .Net Developer:
Skills: .Net, C#, MVC
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development
- Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure, effective Design, Development,
- Validation and Support activities
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiar with various design, architectural patterns, and software development process.
For Junior Java Developer:
Skills: Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Spring,
- Awareness of technology trends.
- Working knowledge of full life cycle and various SDLC methodologies to meet project goals.
- In-depth, knowledge of design issues and best practices.
- Good Process knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to work within, deadlines and dynamic work environment.
