1) Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Product/ Process Development Engineers
- BE – Mechanical with 2 -5 years Exp in Engineering Industry on ” New Product Development” with hands on experience in APQPm PPAP & FMEA is Must.
- Machining Process.Jigs & Fixture, GD&T and ISO/TS16949 is must.
2) Senior Engineer/ Group Leader – CNC Machine Shop
- Dip-Mech / DTDM with 6-10 years of hands on Experience in CNC Machining knowledge.
- Hands on experience in CNC Programming. Setting & Running the machine.
- Knowledge in Cutting tools & Reading Engineering drawing.
- Good knowledge in interpretation of Engg. Drawing and GD&T.
3) Engineer/ Senior Engineer – QMS
- BE / Diploma – Mech. with 3-6 years experience. Quality Mgt. Systems – TS16949 / AS9100.
- Knowledge on QMS & Process audit is essential.
- Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA etc.
- Able to read Engineering Drawing & knowledge on GD&T.
4) Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
- BE / Diploma – Mech. with 3-6 years of hands on experience in different inspection methods.
- Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA is must.
- Good knowledge in interpretation of engg.
- Drawing and GD&T.
5) Production Supervisors
- Mech. with 1-3 years of experience in plastic injection moulding industry.
- Ready to work in shits.
- Able to read Engineering Drawing & using of Measuring Instruments.
6) Prove Out Setter/ NPD Setter – CNC Machine Shop
- Diploma with 6-8 years experience in CNC part programming of Automotive, Medical or Aerospace components in VMC, Turning & Turn-Mill.
- Hands on experience in Production trouble shooting.
- Knowledge in CNC part programming & cutting tools.
- Knowledge in Auto-CAD, UG will be added advantage.
7) Fixture Design Engineer – Projects
- Diploma with 8-10 years & BE with 4-6 years and Post Graduate Diploma in Tool design with 3-5 years Experience in Machining Fixture Design.
- Fixture concept design and prove out on Machine.
- Understanding the machining process requirement and suggest proper method for manufacturing and should have strong Knowledge in GD&T.
- Hand on experience in UG / 3D-Catia / Auto CAD / Pro-E.
8) CNC Turning & Milling Operators
- Diploma – Mech with 1-3 years experience in CNC Turning & Turn-mill and Milling.
- Should have knowledge in read Engineering Drawing & using of Measuring Instruments & 2D programming.
9) Senior Engineer Process
- BE or Diploma with 4-8 years experience in Precision Machining Component.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in process development.
- Estimation, Cycle time calculation and knowledge on modern cutting tools.
- Knowledge in CNC part programming.
10) ITI Freshers – Age 18 – 22 Years
Industry: MIM & Aerospace Division/ Oil & Gas
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ BE – Mechanical
