Ltd, Japan – a group company of Hitachi Japan, to manufacture Electronic Ignition Systems for two-wheelers, three wheelers and portable engines. Over the years the company has enlarged its customer base and now supplies to most of the manufacturers of two-wheelers, three wheelers and gensets. The Company’s net sales for the year ended March, 2006 was Rs.1678 Million (USD 37 Million).
INEL makes the entire range of 2/3 wheelers, digital and analog ignition products.

Job Description:
- Design for Manufacturing Constraint & DFM points to be updated drawing to be released
- Pre Launch Control plan To be prepared all New Projects
- Quality net Report to be prepared for all CTQ Parameter
- MSA to be complete new Measuring Instruments and gauge for Major and Critical Parameter
- Functional quality index(FQI) To be prepared all New Projects
- Child part procurement & Supplier PPAP Verification
- BETA-2 sample submission250no’s (SPTR)
- Product & Process Validation
- Internal SPTR and closure of all observations
- PPAP Sample submission– SPTR 300no’s
- Customer feedback for PPAP samples (PSW)
- Start of Production (SOP)
- Initial Flow Control (IFC)
Requirements:
- Understanding & PPAP documents handling . APQP ,
- Design Review , Product bench marking Knowledge DFM Study Awareness
