Job Description:
IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network (SCBN) provides Trusted and scalable business-to-business network that augments the power of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration with API capabilities. SCBN simplifies Business To Business (B2B) communication of electronic documents (such as purchase orders, invoices, shipment notices, payment advices etc.,) between trading partners. SCBN has connectivity with more than 800,000 pre-connected global trading partners exchanging billions of documents a year.
As an B2B-EDI Map Development Specialist, you will apply your expertise in new trading partner onboardings for various IBM clients across NAM, EMEA and AP regions, by developing and maintenance of EDI translation programs (EDI maps), on the IBM’s EDI/B2B Software As A Service (SaaS) platform. Role also expects you to work on various asset development and automation activities by using latest cutting-edge technologies and/or B2B product suite.
Job Responsibilities:
Having good understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Domain.
- Ability to Analyze, Design, and Implement Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions.
- Experience working on IBM Sterling B2B Suite (Sterling Integrator) or any other B2B Integration products
- Ability to understand EDI transaction errors
- Strong customer service skills and Growth mindset
- Effective Communication and Soft skill
