Eligibility Criteria:
- Full Time MBA/PG 2017 pass out are preferred.
- Candidates with 1 year of experience post passing out of Management College (MBA/PG) Full time course can also apply if you are keen to kick start an exciting career as Management Trainee with HyperCITY.
Job Profile:
- MTs will get trained in various departments in store operations.
- Opportunity to get trained as per Structured training program.
- Training will start in Mumbai Head Office followed by planned training at HyperCITY stores.
- During your training period you will be working in close co-ordination with your Mentors & the store management team.
- Once trained, MTs will be allotted role in Store Operations as Service Manager (Department Manager) after completion of Assessment.
