Job Description:
Support the SOC and business by operating and maintaining security tools via phone and ticketing system,
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily BAU requests in the ticketing system and phone
- Operate and maintain security tools
- Coordinate maintenance of vendor managed security tools
Work Experience – Work experience in the IT Security field is an advantage
Requirements:-
Licensing/Certification – Any certification in the security field is an advantage (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH)
Technical Knowledge –
- Knowledge of security tools
- Basic understanding of cyber security tools and concepts
- Generic TCP/IP knowledge, OSI Layer, and Basics of computer engineering
- Generic knowledge of security workflows
