HPCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is a Navaratna and a Global Fortune 500 company, ranked at 260 with an annual Gross sales of Rs. 2,32,188 crore and Profit after Tax of Rs. 1,734 crore during FY 2013-14 and having a strong presence in Refining & Marketing in India with about 21% Marketing share and 18% Refining capacity in the PSU category in the country.
HPCL owns and operates refineries at Mumbai & Visakh and the largest Lube Refinery in the country at Mumbai for producing Lube Oil Base Stocks with a capacity of 450 TMTPA. HPCL was incorporated in 1974 after the takeover and merger of erstwhile Esso Standard and Lube India Limited by the Esso (Acquisition of Undertakings in India) Act 1974. Caltex Oil Refining (India) Ltd. (CORIL) was taken over by the Government of India in 1976 and merged with HPCL in 1978 by the CORIL-HPCL Amalgamation Order, 1978.

Eligibility Criteria for HPCL Recruitment 2023:
- Education: Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech in the above-mentioned disciplines from a recognized University
- Candidates who completed BE/ B.Tech on or after 01-01-2021 are only eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: Candidates age must be in between 18 to 25 years as on 11-01-2023.
Selection Procedure for HPCL Recruitment 2023:
Candidates are shortlisted to interview based on the marks secured by them in the qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates can be intimated through registered e-mail or by sms.
