Job Description:
- Work form a standard protocol and utilize documented processes to respond to issue.
- Troubleshoot Hardware/ Networking/ OS related queries of our global customers over the phone/ chat/ email/ web requests.
- Take calls from global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
- Successfully resolve simple to moderate technical issues from incoming customer contacts and proactive notifications systems.
