Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred (BCA, B. Tech in Comp. Science, BE in CS)

Job Description:

Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell HBT. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the Project life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life.

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding and following SOPs to administer content marketing-based Platform and practicing continuous quality checks, and guidelines
Designing, developing user experiences, smart folders, tagging, sorting marketing content, and managing Platforms users by providing support to the users for login, demo of the Platform, troubleshooting general errors
Brainstorming for user engagement and expanding platform usability amongst the sales team by campaigning, alerts, and new content announcements, tracking platform usage, collaborating with training leadership and team managers to increase platform leveraging among the sale team and new onboardings

Requirements:

Prior experience in working as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CMS (Content Management System), Marketing Platform administrator.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS(Cascading Style sheet), SQL, advance excel, and some basic graphic designing, development will be preferred.
Articulate communication skills required as it’s a cross functional global role, demands to collaborate with teams overseas.
