Eligibility Criteria for HMT Recruitment 2021:
- B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) with minimum 60% and above marks from a recognized university in regular stream (50% for SC/ST).
- Experience: One year apprentice training in HMT or from any other reputed organization or having any working experience from any manufacturing organization in relevant field
- Age limit: For General – 30 years as on 01-03-2021
Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate machine building/Assembly activities and adjust schedules as needed on daily basis.
- Liaise among different departments for smooth and speedy completion of activities in time.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize available resources to maximize production.
- Evaluate production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Take care of Erection, commissioning and servicing activities
