- 1st year – Rs.16,500/- PM
- 2nd year – Rs.17,300/- PM

Eligibility Criteria for HMT Recruitment 2021:
- B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) with minimum 60% and above marks from a recognized university in regular stream (50% for SC/ST).
- Experience: One year apprentice training in HMT or from any other reputed organization or having any working experience from any manufacturing organization in relevant field
- Age limit: For General – 30 years as on 01-03-2021
Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate machine building/Assembly activities and adjust schedules as needed on daily basis.
- Liaise among different departments for smooth and speedy completion of activities in time.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize available resources to maximize production.
- Evaluate production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Take care of Erection, commissioning and servicing activities

- The selection is based on interview conducted from the shortlisted applications and all other categories will be based on the academic excellence, experience and marks obtained in the interview.
- Engagement of persons on contract basis is solely at the discretion of the Management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for selection, if contract engagements are not done due to un-suitability/
