Job Description:
KEY OBJECTIVES:
1. Setting up laboratory with equipment’s and materials and smooth running
2. Generate new product ideas, create formulations and samples with testing validation for
claim substantiation
3. Preparing technical dossiers and materials, guideline formulations, product concepts for
customers and sales team
PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Setting up and smooth running of laboratory
2. Evaluating raw materials , preparing formulations and claim substantiation
3. Customer interaction for technical support
CUSTOMER FOCUS:
1. Preparing formulations for replacement of ingredients or introducing new ingredients
2. Technical and formulation support
3. Trouble shooting
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
1. Day to day smooth functioning of lab
2. Reports, expenses and raw material inventory management for Lab
3. Customer support, report preparation and record keeping
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
1. Customer support and interaction
2. Technical support to Sales team
3. Reports and updates to senior team
OTHERS:
1. Overall Housekeeping and 5S implementation in team
2. Documentation
3. Sample and Stock management
