Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Job Description:

This role requires advanced troubleshooting, the use of sophisticated tools, analysis of logs, and documenting issues and resolutions.
Act as Tier 1 Support Engineer for the following AWS components: EC2, S3,
Document the solutions to known issues through knowledgebase
Advocate customer requests, troubleshoot and resolve complex, critical issues
Prioritize technical issues, define and track bugs and offer creative solutions
Good Communication – communicator (Verbal – written)
Good Team player
Positive attitude, should be able to adapt and work based on business demand.

Must Have:

In depth knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows Environment.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Open to work in rotating shifts

Good to Have:

AWS knowledge/ AWS Solutions Architect Certification
Windows or Linux (Red Hat) Certifications We are seeking applicants with strong knowledge in Systems Administration working with Linux, Unix, or Windows. should be very comfortable with networking technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, DHCP and Load Balancing.
