To handle corporate and Hero Connect WAN of entire Organization for ensuring smooth network connectivity and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Network Operations & ensuring for timely Reporting & Management Connects
- Ensuring Availability of Network Services
- Handling Network & Security related issues
- Keeping abreast of market developments and knowhow on the latest technologies in Network Security
- Project Management (Infra Projects only)
- Service Management (Incident & Change Management)
Skills Information:
- Technical expertise in Routing, Switch and Security
- Hands on experience of SDN Fabric administration
- Vendor management and team handling experience
- Effective people management skills (Weekly/fortnightly team meet to isolate grey areas and remediate. Team’s roster/ shift management.)
