Positions: Hardware Functional Safety Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Moderate functional safety hardware analysis (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA), in accordance ISO26262
- Support Hella locations to perform the functional safety hardware activities
- Continually assess existing curriculum gaps, opportunities for improvement based on the data learned from training audits and analytics on Functional Safety Hardware topics
- Support creation of guidelines and proceedings on Functional Safety Hardware topics
Requirements:
- Experience in hardware development in the automotive sector is mandatory (2-5 years)
- Experience in circuit design (analog & digital circuits), Circuit analysis, testing
- Experienced in Hardware analysis methods, ex: FMEA, DFA, FTA, FMEDA
- Knowledge on Reliability Engineering, failure rate calculation of hardware components
- Work experience in ISO26262 is an advantage
- Very good analytical skills
- Team player attitude who likes to work in a multicultural team
