Job Description:

Provide a brief summary of the overall purpose of the role within the organization; what does the role deliver. Electrical Design and Development of three phase and single phase induction motors for various industrial and other applications.

Responsibilities:

Planning and executing electrical design and development activities and deliver the results on time
Design of new products
Design cycle of new surface (& submersible) induction motors
Converting new product requirements into optimum designs to meet ever-increasing expectations of customers
Implementing design changes
Implementing design changes
Contribute to VA/VE Projects
Participate in quality improvement projects
Support validation team for validation of motors on –
Routine testing
Performance testing & Reliability testing
