Job Description:
Provide a brief summary of the overall purpose of the role within the organization; what does the role deliver. Electrical Design and Development of three phase and single phase induction motors for various industrial and other applications.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing electrical design and development activities and deliver the results on time
- Design of new products
- Design cycle of new surface (& submersible) induction motors
- Converting new product requirements into optimum designs to meet ever-increasing expectations of customers
- Implementing design changes
- Implementing design changes
- Contribute to VA/VE Projects
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Support validation team for validation of motors on –
- Routine testing
- Performance testing & Reliability testing
