- H.Sc/ ITI/ Diploma
- Knowledge on Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
- Fresher or min 1 year of experience
Job Description:
This Position is to supervise the cold room activities and record the activities on a shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check the cold room stock availability.
- Constantly monitor the cold room temperature and report deviations from standard.
- Ensure the cold room doors & hatch doors are closed.
- Stack the crates according to the varieties in the order of 12 crates.
- Check and remove the Leakage in the crates.
- Count the number of crates entering the cold room
- Follow the First in First out (FIFO) practices while dispatch.
- Ensure no cutting damages and the products are packed according to plan.
- Update the indent quantity from dispatch and inform the same to Technical Officer (TO).
- Check the codings regularly.
