Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science(or equivalent)
- 1 years experience in a test or development role as part of a product development organization which has delivered consumer oriented products
- 1 years of extensive software development experience with one or more of following languages : C#, Java, Python, C++
- Should have prior experience architecting a system
- Knowledge on database, web applications design and development is a must
- Enthusiastic to learn and apply new technologies
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in Agile teams
- Knowledge on deep learning algorithms will be a huge advantage
- Experience working with hardware interfacing protocols etc., is a bonus
- Experience working with Version Control Systems like perforce, SVN Git etc.,
- Experience working with Test Management Systems RQM, QC, Silk Central etc.,
- Experience working with Agile Life Cycle management tools like RTC, JIRA, RALLY etc.,
- Experience working with bug tracking systems like BugZilla, Test track etc.,
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Positive attitude towards work
- Experience working in agile teams
- Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for developing Test Automation Framework for Harman’s next generation In vehicle Infotainment solutions
- Construct rapid and effective proof of concept on new automation framework
- Lead the architectural design, pattern and code review, construction and delivery
- Contribute to various proto typing initiatives in the team
- Contribute to futuristic solutions on data analytics and modelling for automation testing
- Comfortable working as a technical lead as well as hands-on contributor
- Manage multiple tasks and commit to uncompromised software quality
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and develop different test solutions
- Demonstrated ability to do the things right and fast
- Excellent Computer Science fundamentals in Objected – oriented design, data structures and algorithms
- Responsible for developing documentation related to test design, architecture and user guides
- Should be a defacto architect for the automation team
