Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BE/ B.Tech
- Year of Passed out: 2020, 2021 with 65% and above in all academic’s
- Service Agreement : 2 years
Role and Responsibilities:
- Working through support issues and communicating in a professional and timely manner
- Automating solutions for recurrent issues
- Test out new ideas and products for better monitoring by building proof of concepts (POCs), and balancing tradeoffs between technical, analytical and product needs
- Enhance operational reliability and scalability of existing applications
- Streamlining operational tasks through engineering and automation
- Identify simple innovative technical solutions to complex engineering problems
- Improve knowledge amongst the team through documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams regarding technical implementation and improvements
Skills and Experience:
- Basic programming or scripting skills in Java, Python or shell scripting
- Good knowledge in RDBS or No SQL databases
- Good knowledge of container based technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)
- Excellent debugging and problem solving capabilities
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enjoys solving difficult technical problems
