Job Description:

Managing the production of components as per plan
Indenting and trials of new cutting tools and holders for machine shop
Facilitate Productivity improvement, failure analysis, multitasking of operators
Meeting the quality requirement of the customer
Ensuring cost reduction in machining processes and optimum utilization of resources
Maintaining the shop floor discipline and safe work environment
Multi-skilling of Engineers and the Technicians to eliminate dependency
Coordinating with other departments for better functioning of machine shop
System Implementation as per AS9100, OHSAS, EMS, ISMS, TPM TOC.
