Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Any graduate or Diploma with 1 – 2 years of experience in sheet metal bending
- Knowledge of sheet metal parts bending.
- Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.
- Experience in engineering industry – with firsthand experience of Sheet metal forming shop.
- Knowledge in Trumpf bending machines operation and programming.
Job Summary:
As part of the GE India Multi-modal Manufacturing team, the Sheet metal bender is responsible for all types sheet metal bending operations and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Bending of sheet metal parts with Trumpf trubend machine.
- Repair and identify the defective parts
- Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, manuals, SOP and other material to determine finish product.
- Bend the complex parts.
