Eligibility Criteria For Freudenberg Recruitment 2024:
- Full-Time Diploma Engineering Or BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Production or Industrial or Automobile
- Only FRESHER Candidates (2024 Batch)
- Basic computer knowledge and well-versed with MS Office
- Able to operate computers and data entry related to manufacturing
- Participate and support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities
- Read, Write and Speak in English and Local Languages (Marathi and Hindi) to understand work instructions
- Good Communication Skills
- Work Cohesively with the Team
Job Description:
- Do the defined sets of operations to produce products as per the Quality and quantitative requirement
- Ensuring Safety at the workplace AND being Willing to work in shift
- Able to use and handle company’s assets safely, and neatly to required purpose without any harm or damage to self and other employees or company assets
- Able to identify abnormalities like machine malfunctioning, abnormal noise or smell etc. and inform available supervisor
- Update the LPMS (Lean Production Management System) board periodically for Daily Production reports for the working area
- Active involvement in improvement projects in concerned areas
- Follow 5S practices and keep the work area neat and clean on every shift
