Positions: Associate Analyst

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ MCA

Experience: Freshers

Salary: 4 LPA (Includes performance linked variable pay of 10%)

Job Location: Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria:

Year of Passing : 2015 Batch
B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
Experience in coding on VBA, SQL and JAVA preferred

Job Description:

Performing standard, repeatable jobs – reporting, ETL, refresh, well defined change requests
- Execute and manage production runs and activities
- Database setup
- Data pulls from syndicated databases
- New Product Mappings
- Validation of Data and extract
- Verification of output
- Smaller changes or issue resolution in for refresh templates or transformation modules (either Excel/Spotfire/Alteryx)
- Understand current codes in existing solutions and fix bugs if any
- E2E Process Execution.
Own the QoS for the assigned deliveries – accuracy and timeliness
Analyze, document and fix the issues encountered during day-to-day deliveries
MIS Creation
Documentation
Adhoc requests from Other Fractal Teams
Email/Lync communication regarding deliveries
Basic communication, minimal client interaction (only need based)
Continuous operational efficiency
