Job Description:
- Supporting emails and calls of global regions with English proficiency
- Daily reporting of count/ status of calls & emails handled
- Prepare daily and monthly metrics
- Consolidation of metrics and preparation of presentation for senior management reviews
- Coordinate within the team for completing common objectives
- Work with the team for meeting the assigned deliverables
- Support with UAT / Testing of the automation initiatives as and when required
Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
– Good working knowledge of MS office tools, Alteryx, etc
– Good oral and written communication with fluency in the English language with knowledge of basic email and call etiquette
– Basic accounting knowledge and ability to understand the impact on final accounts (Ford Motor financials)
– Good interpersonal skills – develop a connection with work partners on/off location
