Job Description:
- Ensure – Completion of New Model launch, Meet customer expectations for quality & timing, MFE requirements are engineered / launched within affordable targets, Facilities, Material Handling equipment etc.. comply with corporate safety / ergonomic guidelines,
- Planning and implementation of facilities (Internal dunnages, Market place readiness, storage systems, Barricade, visual aids , floor paining, lifting equipment, etc.) related to MFE to support the launch as per GDPS time line based on aligned CLL and layout with CFT
- Plan & Implement Internal Dunnages
- Scope of Work finalization, Technical Discussion / PR/PO
- Develop Prototype, validate , Signoff, Procure & implement
- PMHVs/ Battery
- Analyze the current Equipment utilization and arrive on no of equipment procurement plan & Finalize.
- Scope of Work finalization, Technical Discussion / PR/PO
- Procure , commission & implement as per the safety requirement / Global standards , signoff with plant.
- Material Specifications knowledge.
Skills:
- Launch / Implementation activities), Strategic / Analytical Lead role, Project management
- Prior experience in any of the following: Indust Engrg, Material Planning & Logistics, Packaging Engrg,
- Supply Chain Mgmt; Stamping or Assembly Engrg
- Proficient in MS Office – ex: MS Project, Access, Excel;
- Working knowledge in AutoCAD or similar CAD softwares
- Hands on knowledge in Team center, CMMS, PFEP, QAD preferred. Willings to learn these systems are a must
- Good Knowledge in Kitting, Material Stream, Warehousing, Material Replenishment systems etc…
