Job Description:
- Daily Zonal breach (ATC) / EOB update – Laser focus on Top 50 hubs (Reliability challenges). Drive patterns / trends on Reliability performance for these hubs at Pincode level. Using breach RCA model, to prepare D-1 RCA (all major issues impacting zonal reliability) for ATC alert
- Weekly Breach Action Plan and Review (Program Mgmt Approach) – Weekly twice zonal connect using breach RCA model for zonal docking -top 100 hubs review, supply gap status weekly & action plan
- Overall Zonal Serviceability Ownership – Daily zonal connect using hub health file to review serviceability of pin codes & taking appropriate capacity actions to destress hubs. Review Embargo status and progress
- D0 Pendency Review – Zonal level, daily connect to get an action plan on D0 pendency. Drive the structural actions with CL Central teams, to bring goodness
- Structural solves for LM Reliability – Do a pattern analysis for hubs with higher breaches & embargo in a particular zone – to solve these structurally at pin code level
- Stakeholders Management – Consistent linehaul issues- Highlighting zonal hubs with consistent linehaul issues & discussion with linehaul team
- National Level SPOC – Embargo & 3PL / Planning / HR & ADM / Design
- Compulsory Excel , R programming language and Python
Skills:
- Good in Excel or analytical tool -R and Python
- Good communication skills, Stakeholder management and Problem Solving Approach
