Job Description:
Finoit is looking to recruit software graduates (2021 Batch) with the qualification of B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science / IT/ ECE ). Position available is Trainee-Software Engineer. Joining will be given in between April-July, 2021 and training will be provided to the shortlisted candidates in the respective domain chosen by Finoit.
Skills:-
Finoit is looking to hire candidates who have decent aptitude and logical reasoning skills, along with basic knowledge of C, C++, Java or any other programming languages. We will be assigning a technology to each selected candidate in one of the domains chosen by Finoit e.g. .NET, Java, Node.js, LAMP (PHP/Python), Angular, Android, iOS, and other Open Source Technologies etc.
Interview Process:
- First Round:120 minutes (Online Test – Aptitude and Programming Round)
- Section 1: Single Choice – Aptitude and Logical Reasoning – 20 Questions – 30 minutes
- Section 2: Single Choice – Programming and Database – 10 Questions – 15 minutes
- Section 3: Coding Round – 2 Questions – 75 minutes
- Second Round: Technical Interview (face to face with technical panel)
- Third Round: HR Interview (face to face with HR panel)
