Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Plastics Engineering from a reputed college with minimum GPA 6.5 and above
- Two to seven years of experience in customer / product / application development, technical development and support, R&D and product testing
- Prior work experience in plastics and resins industry, petrochemicals Industry and flexible packaging and converting industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for safe and efficient product usage
- Maintain close relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Lead internal teams to build and maintain deep knowledge of market trends and to gain alignment with end-user requirements
- Identify and pursue opportunities generated from internal market development teams
- Analyze customer / market needs into new product development / business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers of equipment and additives used by customers in processing resins
