Role: Design Engineer
Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Salary: 2 – 4 LPA
Job Location: Pune
Job Description:
- Feasibility study of New project Based on marketing input form
- Study of Mechanical Component and making BOM
- Study of all the failures which may come based on the past experience
- Study of components req. for both the tool & Mould which is required for the product
- Responsible for DFMEA,PFMEA documentation process
- Making 2D & 3D drawings
- Product Designing of Various electric panel
- Product Designing of sheet metal panel, DFMEA Making, P-B Diagram
- Creation of manufacturing drawing with GD&T
- He should be able to do activity of re engineering
- Good Understanding of Manufacturing Processes & Concept Modeling.
- Well Familiar with injection molding & plastics,Metal , Tool
- Should have work exp on Solidedge, Autocad
