BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Get trained in product/application in Karad Engineering Lab and Atit Manufacturing Facility
- Develop capability & support Application Engineering/Sales/Marketing team
- New Product Qualification /Promotion
a. Should support Customer for selection of right Compressor models & system components based on the cross-reference charts & technical assessment
b. Support Sales / Mktg New product qualification by Coordinating with customer for system qualification
c. Share necessary technical documentation requested by customer for new products
- Handling customer Issues:
a. Updating of complaints in service module & Coordinate with Plant & Customer for analysis & sharing feedback on field return compressor
b. Guide / Support customer for handling field issues to resolve the same
c. Whenever needed site visit to be made to understand customer issues
- Training to customers
a. Carry out training on basics of HVACR & Products whenever customer requires
b. Guide / Support customer to develop competency in handling Emerson product selection software
