Eligibility Criteria for Ecolab Recruitment 2021:
- This is an entry level position for professional engineering in which employees to setup customers and sales associates access in the online portal to access reports and alarms.
- Responsible for meeting the SLA’s and call metrics to respond to queries and change requests from field associates. Develop fundamental data analytical skills.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline and fewer than two year of experience
- Specific guidance and training is given about the nature and extent of work required. Work is reviewed for the quality matix and meeting the SLAs. Normally reports to Team Lead – I.
