Job Description:
The principal role of Intern Engineer is to evaluate Supplier quality issues reported by Eaton Plants.
Identify the gaps in supplier process trough analysis , communicate back to supplier & take follow up for correction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate supplier manufacturing process against Engineering drawing and specifications.
- Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective process.
- Implement measures to improve process efficiency to achieve business expectations
- Trouble shoot in coordination with global stake holders,supplier and plant Quality team
- Understand customer requirements and provide customer centric solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Electrical & Electronics / Sheet Metal / Molding / Casting / Machining is preferred as per sequence.
- Engineer should possess the thorough knowledge of Statistical tools and capability analysis
