Job Responsibilities:

AR specialist I needs to perform day-to-day activities related to Global Cash Application Process.
Apply cash in Oracle R12 by extracting bank statements for payments received from customers.
Send cash application completion notification to relevant groups & update relevant payment logs.
Application of Non AR payment received to relevant GL codes provided.
Learns & understands the basics of standard reporting and how to use the data for reports.
Collects and tracks data in a prescribed format for consolidation & review.
Should be flexible to take up additional activity as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Minimum 0-1 years of Relevant experience.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Fair verbal & written English communication skills since the person is required to communicate with business partners.
Commitment to achieving results.
Willingness to be flexible with working hours.
