Job Responsibilities:
- AR specialist I needs to perform day-to-day activities related to Global Cash Application Process.
- Apply cash in Oracle R12 by extracting bank statements for payments received from customers.
- Send cash application completion notification to relevant groups & update relevant payment logs.
- Application of Non AR payment received to relevant GL codes provided.
- Learns & understands the basics of standard reporting and how to use the data for reports.
- Collects and tracks data in a prescribed format for consolidation & review.
- Should be flexible to take up additional activity as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
- Minimum 0-1 years of Relevant experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Fair verbal & written English communication skills since the person is required to communicate with business partners.
- Commitment to achieving results.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours.
