Eligibility Criteria for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

| JRF (Electrical Engineering) | Candidates must have completed BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ institute with Valid GATE/ NET Score. |
| JRF (Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering) | Candidates must have completed BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University/ institute with Valid GATE/ NET Score. |
| Research Associate (Chemical Engineering) | Candidates must complete ME/ M.Tech/ Ph.D in Chemical Engineering with 3 years of research experience |
Age Limit:
- For Junior Research Fellowship: 28 years
- For Research Associate: 35 years
Age is reckoned as on date of interview.
