DRDO-RCI Recruitment 2023: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is an agency of the Republic of India, charged with the military’s research and development, headquartered in New Delhi, India.
It was formed in 1958 by the merger of the Technical Development Establishment and the Directorate of Technical Development and Production with the Defence Science Organisation. It is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

- Diploma Apprentices: 30 Posts
- Trade Apprentices: 90 Posts
Salary: Rs. 9,000/- PM For Graduate Apprentices, Rs. 8,000/- PM for Diploma Apprentices

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Apprentices:
Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech in Computers, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute
Diploma Apprentices:
Candidates must possess Diploma in Computers, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute
Trade Apprentices:
Candidates must complete ITI in Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic-Diesel, Electronics-Mechanic, Electrician, Library-Assistant and COPA(Computer Operator and Programming Assistant trades from a recognized Institute
Candidates who have completed the qualification from 2020 to 2022 batch are only eligible to apply.
Age limit: Not less than 18 years as on 01-06-2023.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written test and Interview. The candidate may bring a project report/ technical work demo in support of their candidature during the written test/ interview.
