Eligibility Criteria for Donaldson Recruitment 2021:
- Experience Level 2 to 5 years in above mentioned areas.
- B.Tech. (Mechanical) with 3-5 years & M.Tech. (Mechanical) with 2-4 years of experience
- Thorough understanding of FE Methods and design for Assembly understandings.
- Demonstrate skills in FEA software such as ANSYS and/or ABAQUS.
- Hands on Experience on 3D CAD tools such as NX Unigraphics, CREO or ANSYS Space-claim to generate design components and assemblies.
- Understanding of DFMA concepts for Metallic as well as Plastic molding parts would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and to prioritize multiple projects.
- Must have stable work history.
- Should be able to join ASAP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complex structural analysis using classic hand calculation as well as Finite Element Methods.
- Oversight review & co-ordination on structural design point of view.
- Must have a hands-on experience in analyzing physics such as Static (Linear & non-linear) & Dynamic Structural analysis such as Modal, Sine & Random vibration at assembly and component levels.
- Must be able to demonstrate capability on Materials specification, design allowable, Fatigue analysis.
- Perform analysis during the different phases of the projects & support the global product development engineers with design optimizations.
- Drive improvements in FEA modelling techniques to increase simulation accuracy and engineering knowhow.
- Should be able to work flexible hours to co-ordinate with various Global locations.
- Should be efficient in maintaining the reports on activity schedule and technical status.
