Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar relevant education
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in Dinex India for ATS calibration/controls and catalyst project deliverables to the customer
- Application engineering – Product sizing and selection to fit customer emission requirements
- Technical support to customers in terms of product knowledge and product functionality on customer applications for ATS/catalyst applications.
- Close collaboration with the R&D organization to keep updated with the latest development concepts and with the global sales team to provide hands-on technical expertise to the commercial discussions
- Data collection for the purpose of product selection
- Technical proposal preparation and submission
- Application support – Process emission data from customer applications and follow-up/support on any open topics
- Utilization of processed data to identify problem areas and work out potential solutions together with Global team
- Working cross functional with sales and engineering
- Build relationship with counterpart figures on customer side and collect information relevant for the development work by R&D
- Ensure proper documentation of all commercial and technical matters and written communication to customers
- Visit the customers with the local sales team and provide technical support with travel around 40-50 days per year
