Entry-level position to be hired in Support Services, Technical Resolution Group (TRG). The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems managing incidents to resolution in IT Services including Networking, Unified Communication etc.,

- Good communication skills mandatory and prerequisite
- Good Programming skills C, C++, Java, SQL, Python
- CCNA Trained/Certified Preferred
