Eligibility Criteria for Dell Recruitment 2022:
- Advanced English.
- 1+ years of experience in a previous technical support role
- Basic/intermediate skill troubleshooting and Knowledge in any SAN/NAS Solutions, Modular Server- Storage Solutions, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS), TCP/IP Networking / CCNA, Microsoft Server OS – Active Directory.
- Basic/intermediate Knowledge of current industry high-end storage products and technologies, and/or in one or more of the following technologies, Analytical ability to gather and interpret data, fault Isolation, and Troubleshooting Methodology
- Comfortable with 24×7 shift.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Isilon/PowerScale or other Networked Attached Storage Solutions,
- Certifications, such as Network+, CCENT, CCNA or higher, Linux Essentials/ LPI-2 or RHCE, VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or equivalent.
