Job Description:
As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and documenting test plans and test cases for newly developed or current hardware and solutions products based on the Server/ Software / Storage requirements and specifications. You will collaborate with designers and technologists to determine test requirements and develop test tools and test automation for test projects.
Essential Skills:
- 0 to 5 years of related experience
- Strong coding expertise in Python (mandatory) with a good knowledge of its ecosystems (IDEs and Frameworks) and libraries/utilities
- Good understanding on Server, Storage, networking, Server OS (windows, RHEL, VMWare) and active directory is added advantage
- Should be able to independently do Test Case Automation development
Requirements:
- Experience in API / CLI based automation
- Hands-on expertise into Atlassian tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence etc or ALM tools
- Good understanding on Server, Storage, networking, Server OS (windows, RHEL, VMWare) and active directory is added advantage
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, or ClearCase)
- Good understanding of GUI based test automation using tools such as selenium webdriver or protractor
- BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech preferred
