Eligibility Criteria for Datamark Recruitment 2022:
- Diploma or Any Graduate,
- Previous Process Associate alpha/numeric experience
Job Descriptions:
The Process Associate I is responsible for processing information while using a desktop computer. The operator will be compiling, coding and documenting all information provided from specific sources. The Operator must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM with a 98% accuracy rating in numeric or alpha/numeric mix. The Operator must be able to key from written and image source documents according to the specific client requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process Associate must enter information accurately in a timely fashion using specified DATAMARK procedures
- Key required fields per current business rules and work instructions
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- English Language Proficiency to sufficiently read and comprehend written instruction
- Ability to read documentation and follow various forms of processing documentation
- Ability to change between various work tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and timeliness expectations
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and priorities easily
- Ability to learn quickly while in a training setting
- Basic computer and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions
