Job Description:
- The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will be under a probation period of 1 year from their DOJ.
- During the probation period, the major area of focus will be towards learning the roles and responsibilities of a functional engineer, as well as getting in-depth understanding of the company values, culture and management expectations.
- For that, all GETs will undergo both classroom and on-the-job training program, and gain practical exposure in all the functional areas of the plant.
- GETs will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by their reporting manager, assisting other engineers with various jobs and projects, conducting research, and writing reports.
- GETs will also be periodically evaluated on their learning.
- GETs must adhere to the company policies and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt.
- On successful completion of the probation period, the GETs will be confirmed as regular Engineers.
