Required Candidate profile:
- Responsible in execution for preparing the overall plan for the Mechanical Maintenance .
- Responsible for directing and supervising Preventive & Corrective maintenance of Coal Mill ; kiln and cooler area.
- Responsible for SAP-PM quality data management
- Responsible for specific initiatives like 5S, TPM, TQM.
- Responsible for achieving all Leading and Lagging indicators of Maintenance in his area of work
- Ensuring that the systems and control are in place for better operations of Pre Heater, Kiln and cooler area.
- Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and environment practice.
- Responsible for Spares Parts Planning, Insurance spare and inventory control.
- Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the overall team.
