Job Summary:
- Technical service support for customers thru’ with mobile tech / conducting the concrete test.
- Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers.
- Support the sales officer for business conversation
- Receive & analyze quality related complaints & proper redressal of the same, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level.
- Supporting Sales Team & network in business enhancement
- Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason mela, Counter meets, Consumer Camp) as per budget in close co-ordination with sales team.
- Involve & Engage with Influencers
- Gathering market information regarding Quality, services support provides and activities conducted by competitor brands.
