- BE/ B.Tech – CSE/ IT/ EEE/ ECE
- 2021, 2022, 2023 Batch
Job Description:
- Minimum knowledge of Windows server OS
- Handle regular day-to-day IT Infra operations
- Installation of systems OS, Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues
- Working on Service Desk tickets
- Coordinating with IT stakeholders to fix the issues
- Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status
- Perform the IT related task and update the status of higher management regularly
- Participating in Day/Weekly status review meeting
